MOLD 
Mold spores are in the air we breathe all the time and generally don’t have an adverse effect on our health. The problems arise when mold spore counts
become too high or when dangerous types of molds become established. Some molds can pose serious health risks and these risks are greater for people that are immunosuppressed, have allergies or have heightened sensitivity to molds.
 
A 4-sample mold test can be performed to determine the types and quantities of mold spores present in the air of the home.
A 4-sample test is $350.00 as  stand-alone testing or $325.00 with a home inspection. Additional samples, if needed are $75.00 per sample.
 
INDOOR AIR QUALITY 
We spend up to 90% of our time indoors.  Indoor air quality (IAQ) affects many vulnerable people: children, elderly, those with health conditions such as: asthma, heart disease and allergies. By sampling the air of your home, indoor air quality pollutants which can be organic, inorganic, living or dead. 
Pricing is individual and is dependent on the number of samples that are required for living space and square footage.
Indoor air quality testing with 4 sample mold testing is $550.00 as stand alone testing or $525.00 with a home inspection.
